Apartments welcome you all year round.

The apartments are meant for a quiet family vacation. Quiet time is between 23:30 and 7.30.

Two-room apartment

(for 4 persons, total area of 45 m2) on the second floor (mansard) with a separate entrance from the yard, kitchen, bathroom with WC, air conditioner. There is a baby bed.


 

One-room apartment (double) 20m²

On the first floor with a separate entrance. The apartment has a mini kitchen set (including refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishes), WC, shower, terrace.

The rental rates do not include a local city tax of 2 € per night per person over 17 year old.
Off-season rates are negotiable.
Apartments are not rented for 1 night.
From June 15 until September 01 Apartments are rented for at least 5 days.

Apartment reservation information:

  • An advance payment of 30% is charged when booking the apartments.
  • Reservation is confirmed only after the advance payment.
  • If booked, but not paid for, the reservation is canceled after 3 days.
  • The remaining amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival.
  • Bank card payment is not available.
